Well Completion Tool Design
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES：
1、Participate in the R&D process of new products. CreateR&D plan to carry out；
2、Accomplish drawings and technical files on time；
3、Cooperate with production department to complete new product trial and deal with problems from the trial；
4、Instruct assembly workers to assemble, commission and test new products；
5、Summarize experiences in R&D and continuously improve products’ qualities.；
6、Ameliorate products or components according to the requirement of customers or field personnel；
7、Provide support to sales & marketing department and concertedly create neat solutions for customers.
REQUIREMENT：
1、Gender：F/M，Education background: Bachelor degree and above Major:Petroleum or mechanics；
2、Fluent use of CAXA, CAD and SOLIDWORKS；
3、Familiar with design and optimization of machining and assemble fixture, facilities, tools；
4、Strong observation, analysis, thinking and expression abilities, good professionalism and teamwork；
5、Experience in well completion design is preferred.
