MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES：
1、Manage, supervise and operate oilfield services to achieve corporate objectives;
2、Manage the staff and equipment at oilfield. Assemble and test operating tools. Consummate and apply QHSE in services. Optimize resources distribution;
3、Liaise with party A and find solutions for customers；
4、Compose standards and regulations for services to improve their qualities;
5、Compose annual service budget and operation plan;
6、Cooperate with R&D department to develop new products。

REQUIREMENT：
1、Age：28 and above  Gender：Male  Education background: bachelor degree and above  Major: petroleum engineering,Language skill: CET 4 ；
2、Working experience of oilfield service and program management, Familiarwith downhole operation and operating tools；
3、Strong communication, expression and analysis skills。
4、International oilfield service experience is preferred。
